We provide healthy continental breakfast at an additional £5.50 per person (fresh fruit salad (at weekends), fresh bread and toast, ham and cheese, cereal, milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, teacoffeechocolate) delivered to your room. We can arrange discounts on the tourist attractions and the Spa (we sell Spa vouchers at a discount and provide free towels for the Spa for the guests staying a min of two nights, saving of £3.50 per person at the Spa), or organise early check-in or late check out for you (additional charges may apply). Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult.We do not permit rooms to be shared by more than the number of people booked.Please note - we offer a completely smoke free environment - no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and pay for re-decorating of the room.Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty, dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering. When we receive your booking we will attempt to obtain pre-authorisation for the full cost of the stay against the credit card provided and on arrival you may pay by cash if you prefer, or by cheque or bank transfer in adavnace provided that payment clears before the start of your stay. If you provide us with a debit card details, your card will be charged with the cost of the stay. If you do choose to pay by creditdebit card, then a 5% surcharge is payable to cover our additional costs. Full payment is due on arrival, or earlier as explained above, and the full cost of the stay is payable in the event of a no-show.
