There are 3 types of studios including 12 apartments for 2 people , 4 apartments for 4 people and 1 apartment for 3 people. All flats are self catering.All other modern amenities such as microwave , refrigerator , heating facilites , safe box and satellite tv are featured in your apartment. Enjoy your stay in one of the most emblematic and bustling areas in Barcelona , only a short walk away from Las Ramblas , Plaça Catalunya and the waterfront disctrict , Barceloneta. Minimum stay required: 3 nights IMPORTANT!! Please read this carefully! NO RECEPTION AREA: The management office hours are EVERY DAY from 9 am to 9 pm. It is mandatory that you call the apartment when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive at the apartment in order to receive your exact check-in time. Free check-in: From 11.30 to 21.00 hours. Late check-in charges: 25 euros / Each room (21:01 to 23:00 hours) 50 euros / Each room (23:01 to 01:00 hours) 75 euros / Each room (01:01 to 11:29 hours) Cash on arrival: The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY!
