Students' Residence, located right in the center of Barcelona, in the 'Grace' neighbourhood, with excellent underground and bus services to the universities and different areas of Barcelona.
We are to 10 minutes from Plaza Catalonia and The Ravines of Barcelona and a step from the emblematic buildings, like The Quarry, House Batllo and The Sacred Family.
All the rooms are equipped with television, minibar and Internet. There is no curfew, so you are free to go out and come back when you want.

The accommodations at the “Residencia” come fully equipped with a television, refrigerator, Internet connection and heating. The guests are offered the choice between single rooms with beds measuring 1.35 x 1.90 (metres), double rooms each with a double bed or triple rooms with a single and double bed combination; sheets, towels and blankets are included and bathrooms are shared. One very popular aspect of this establishment is that there is no curfew, which is to say the guests may come and go as they please. This allows for quite an open schedule when visiting the city. The area where the the residence is located allows for convenient access to the Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla de Catalunya and the Avenida Diagonal, all only 5 minutes away on foot. In addition, it is in very close proximity to a picturesque neighbourhood known as the “Barrio de Gràcia”, famous for its’ lively plaças or squares and unique nightlife.
