KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Hotel Barcelona , located at Pau Claris , 145 , ent. 1 to collect their keys , directions to their apartments and a map of Barcelona. The hotel is open 24 hrs and is near the Passeig de Gracia metro station.
NOTE: There will be a 300 security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization , which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartment's condition.

If cancelled between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged.
