Whether staying for a couple of days , weeks or months , you can work , explore the city or simply relax as if you were at home.The area is well served by public transport , the Bogatell metro station is a short distance away and there are also numerous bus routes. Our apartments can accommodate up to 6 people offering three double bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. There is no separate living room but this is included in one of the rooms. The apartments also boast a terrace with dining table and chairs.All of the apartments are very new and totally well furnished.IMPORTANT: There will be a 300 security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization , which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.Cleaning fee is not included in the price-KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Hotel Barcelona , located at Pau Claris , 145 , ent. 1 to collect their keys , directions to their apartment and a map of Barcelona. The hotel is open 24 hours and is near Passeig de Gracia metro station.THIS PROPERTY HAS THE LEGAL RIGHT TO REFUSE THE ENTRY TO CERTAIN GROUPS , IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A QUIET AND SAFE ATMOSPHERE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS.
