On each corner and every street surrounding the building you will find a myriad of bars, restaurants, hairdresser's, shops, etc... in an entirely native environment which forms a contrast with the one you will experience on your cultural visits in the city's tourist centre.The Palace flat's total capacity is 12 persons. 5 bedrooms, a majestic 'Alphosine-style dining-room, 2 terraces overlookinf the city.The buttler who lives in the flat is at the service of the guests.The buffet-breakfast is inclued in the price.

This accommodation is situated in a building built by Catalan gentry at the start of the 20th century, just 10 minutes from the city centre by train (Placa Catalunya). 100 metres from Placa Joaquim Floguera with its gardens and market (open from Monday to Saturday) and public parking. The neighbourhood is residential yet very lively thanks to its many shops, bars and restaurants, visited mainly by locals who know where the good places are; you won’t find many tourists here.
An ideal option for a birthday celebration, New Year’s Eve or a family Christmas, this apartment sleeps 12. There are 5 bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), 3 bathrooms, a large dining room and 2 impressive terraces with city views. The regal, Alfonsino style dining room has a hundred year old, 3 metre long dining table for 12 people. Casa con Estilo offers all modern conveniences such as heating, air conditioning, Internet access and a laundry service. Guests can not cook at the apartment but they can request a cook or catering service. The house keeper lives in the apartment, making sure everything is in working order and taking care of cleaning from 7-12am and preparing breakfast for guests (included in the price). EL Hostal Casa con Estilo se encuentra en un edificio construido a principio del siglo XX, situado en el barrio de San Gervasio, a 8 minutos en metro o 15 minutos en autobs del centro Plaza Catalua. nEl comedor regio de estilo Alfonsino, dispone de una mesa de 3,20 m, construida hace un siglo para la celebracin de comidas o cenas. La gobernanta que vive en el piso, esta a su disposicin para los desayunos y la limpieza. Las sbanas se cambian cada semana y las toallas cada 3 das.nEl barrio esta animado gracias a su plaza, y a su mercado. Bajo la plaza dispone de un parking pblico.nEn cada esquina y cada calle que rodea el edificio encontrar una mirada de bares, restaurantes, peluqueras, comercios etc..., en un ambiente totalmente autctono que contrasta con el que vivir en sus visitas culturales por el centro turstico de la ciudad.nLas habitaciones se encuentran decoradas basndose en el estilo de algn artista. No disponen de bao privado, todas ellas tienen bao compartido y en todas hay conexin WI-FI.
