You can pick up the keys during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:30) in the same building on the 2nd floor. Keys can be picked up at the Hotel Amister on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other times (Avda. Roma, 93-95). A 200€ deposit is requested upon arrival. It is returned upon apartment inspection when you check out. Check in must be done from 16h and check out must be done before 11 in the morning.
