Dining is à la carte and at block tables. It has seating for up to 120 people as well as a garden in summer with a further 50 seats. It is located on the first floor opposite the reception desk and is open daily from 8:00 am to 11 pm. There is also an Ethno-tavern and wine cellar which is not to be missed. It combines an ethnic tavern of old Bansko design with many modern features. On offer is a choice of national and European cuisines. The tavern wine-cellar offers a rich selection of fine wines which may be tasted in advance. For added pleasure there is a gentle music accompaniment provided. The tavern hosts a number of original folklore and singer groups during various events. It has a seating capacity for up to 100 people. It is located on the basement level and is open from 7 pm to 4 am.
