This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria I have ever been to. A 5-star quality, great location, good service - everything I could want from a hotel in the mountains.
Rooms are big and comfortable with a design that gives the feeling of cosiness. The view from the rooms that look over the mountains is stunning! There is everything you need in the room and the most important is the balcony. I loved the balcony, especially with this view I told you about. Really impressive. The bathroom is very nice, too, I liked it.
The exterior of the hotel is also wonderful. It is the typical mountain hotel with the typical architecture for this type of buildings.
Location is absolutely perfect, just next to Gondola station (the ski lift) and you can reach the centre of Bansko and the old town on foot (it takes about 15 minutes).
The only bad thing about my stay there was the fact I was on a business trip, not on a holiday. But at least I was able to enjoy the luxury of this hotel. I loved it.
