The Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel and Conference Centre is located in downtown Banff, but 2 street back from the main road so it's nice and quiet but still near to all the ammenities. The rooms are clean and well equipped although they can be a little dark. Most have a private balcony and can accomodate up to 4 people. The hotel has two restaurants, the breakfast buffet is great and has a lot of choice and lunch buffet is better than a lof of places. The fine dining restaurant is quite expensive but they serve nice light meals in the bar area. There's indoor salt water pool, and a jacuzzi and steam room. All the staff here are friendly, helpful and very efficient. A good choice if you want to be downtown.
