The location of St Martins waldorf is excellent. Just around the corner from the Hospital and University . it was close to a range of well priced restaurants, and downtown generally, but in a quiet street.
Our apartment was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with all we needed- a kitchenette with laundry, very comfortable good quality king sized bed, and an excellent bathroom. All fittings and furnishings seemed almost brand new, and were in pleasant design.
The free breakfast kit was very satisfactory and of good quality, with a couple of slices of bread to toast, cereal, juice and milk,Yougurt , plus jam and very good coffee quality.
We paid NZ$110 for the apartment, which included the breakfast and parking, and I thought this to be good value.Thew internet was of good speed and very cheap.
Reception staff were busy, but well managed and polite.
there is a nice balcony with a view which is a great for me as a smoker.The security is just great with 24 hours reception.
