The hotel has two street entrances, the main entrance and lobby is at 90 Federal Street, the other entrance is on Albert Street.

All rooms are very spacious and beautifully furnished. The hotel opened in April 2005, so all rooms are new and up-to-date. Lower level rooms have city views, higher floors have panoramic harbour and city views. Standard inclusions are tea coffeemaking facilities, iron , ironing board, mini bar, televsision and inhouse films.
