You enter the hotel through an impressive wrought iron door into the beautiful reception area. The interior is decorated with artistic bas-relief reproductions. The Royale bedroom, (reserved for François 1st) has a stunning four-poster bed, gilded with gold leaf, draped in silks which match the curtains. The Abbé Commandataire bedroom has a more simple decor, but is none the less an elegant room with a four poster bed. The bedrooms which overlook the interior courtyard are very different. They intentionally have a more rural style, but are also very comfortable and well equipped.
