AVA is literally at the foot of the Acropolis hill, just a few steps away from the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian Arch and other monuments of Greek Civilization. Yet within a ten minute walk you can reach the Constitution Square (Syntagma), the Greek Parliament, Athens Stock market and Athens exclusive shopping areas of Ermou and Kolonaki, the very symbols of modern Athens.
Our Apartments and Suites:
The AVA Hotel, offers a number of comfortable and spacious Apartments & Suites; all attractively decorated, with high quality furnishings, wall to wall carpeting, balconies or verandas with magnificent views, noiseless central air-conditioning, central heating and deluxe spacious bathrooms. All our apartments and suites stand out in terms of luxury and comfort, its different interior decoration and furnishing giving each of them its specific and unique charm.
Regular Suites:
Our Regular Suites are on average 32 m2 (345 ft2) and are for 2 persons (max. 3 people). They consist of a bedroom with a King size bed or Twin beds, a living area, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a small balcony. For the 3rd person there is a single sofa bed available upon request.
Executive Suites:
Our Executive Suites are between 50 and 55 m2 (540 to 600 ft2) and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They consist of a bedroom with a King size bed or Twin beds, a living room, kitchenette and a private bathroom. The living room has a pull-out double sofa bed. An extra roll-away bed is available on request. They all have balconies with direct view to Akropolis, Hadrian Arch and Zeus Temple.
AVA Suite:
Our AVA-Suites are on average 55 m2 (592 ft2) and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They are decorated with high quality neo-classical furniture and consist of a spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room, kitchenette and a private bathroom. The living room has a pull-out double sofa bed. An extra roll-away bed is available on request. They all have large spacious verandas (20 m2 / 215 ft2) with excellent view to Acropolis, Hadrian Arch and Zeus Temple. All verandas are equipped with balcony furniture to enjoy the lovely Greek sun and the beautiful view.
