[Aglen, 02/09/2009] It is not easy to reach the 9th biggest country in the world and to land in its new capital Astana. It took me almost 12 hours and two flights to arrive there initially boarding from Sofia with an interim stay at Moscow airport. I was on a business trip and my hosts chose for me one of the most luxurious hotels. The Rixos is situated in the monumental new part of this old city, where sky scrapes and tours rise above the flat country. It is a very expensive place, but modern hotels here usually are. I was offered a discount price, but the standard single / double room was still over 250 dollars p
