Stayed at Amberley Castle recently and thought the setting and overall service was immaculate. The food, we had Dinner, B&B, was nothin gless than spectacular and the accomodation sumptuous. The grounds, with a puttn ggreen, tennis court and gardends are impressive and perfect for couples for the w/e. Kids not allowed so an added bonus. Its not cheap though so recommend you search out the occasional offers that they have.
