The hotel's seven story garden atrium, with its' Koi fishponds, creates a tropical environment and many places for guests to meet and relax. The atrium is the place where guests enjoy their complimentary cooked to order breakfast each morning and Manager's Reception with light snacks and choice of beverage each evening.

The hotel has a fun jungle theme throughout, featuring koi fish and turtles, which fascinated the kids. Rooms were very clean and well decorated, with very firm beds. The staff are very efficient, and the maid service is very prompt and friendly. Make the most of the breakfast, which has a cook to order option. The shuttle bus service to the theme park takes about 10 minutes, and is free, going to Disneyland every hour, and leaving the park every half hour, which seems preferable to driving or walking for four blocks every time. The hotel's pool is heated but small, and there's a lovely hot tub which makes a great way to relax after a day wandering around the parks, which really takes it out on your feet! And they provide plenty of warm towels, which helps to add that pampering touch.
