The hotel is situated in the popular de Pijp area , within walking distance of the Rembrandt Square , Dam Square and Leidse Square. Several places of interest can be easily reached on foot as well as by public transport and museums such as the famous Rijksmuseum , the Van Gogh Museum , the Anne Frank House and others are close by. All double rooms were recently redecorated , the bathrooms were renovated and the new breakfast room and lounge are finished last February. Use of WiFi internet is possible at a charge in the entire hotel. All rooms in Hotel Max are small but cosy.Hotel Max has a sports bar close to the hotel with live sports channels (Sky Sports , Setanta and sport 1). All hotel guests get a second drink free of charge together with the first drink and an additional 5% discount on the total bar bill. All rooms are non-smoking! On request the hotel has a taxi service to the airport for 35.00.Please note: * You need to notify the hotel when you want to check-in later than 5 pm.* The hotel requires a deposit of 20 Euros for the room key upon arrival.
