[more]The Gaasper Camping is situated within the Gaasperpark, by the Gaasper lake, twenty minutes from Amsterdam and just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. There are 410 plots on the camp site.
The camp site has washing machines and dryers, a restaurant and a cafeteria. Other camp site facilities include shower and toilets, camping car water access and dumping facilities, several water taps, a reception desk, payphone and gas supply. Tourist information is supplied at the reception desk and you can shop at the on-site supermarket.
The lake is forbidden to motor sports, which makes the surrounding woodlands peaceful. Floriade, the International Horticultural Exhibition was assembled in 1982, offering an attractive park to discover right by the camp site.
Prices are as follows: 5€ per adult, 2,50€ for kids from 4 to 11, 6€ for a small tent or 7€ for a big one. 4,75€ for a car, 6,75€ for a caravan and 2,50€ for a dog.
