The hotel claims to be an eco friendly sustainable hotel using 20% less energy than standard hotels of a comparable size. It serves an organic breakfast each morning, with fair trade produce and its rooms feature coco mat beds and re-usable materials. The property is 100% smoke free.
The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant (only a breakfast room) but several restaurants surround the hotel and it is very close to the Museumplein tram stop, which connects guests to all points of the city.
