[magdadh, 09/10/2011] The village is situated on a sheltered bay and has a choice of accommodation (hotels, rooms and camping facilities) in addition to several shops selling food and holiday gear, a cahspoint and a few restaurants (many in hotels).
In addition to the beach, there is kayaking on the Acheron and several historical and natural attractions within reasonable drive of the village (the chief being the bigger resort town of Parga, the ancient Necromanteion and the springs of Acheron river). As far as beaches go, there are several coves nearby, but for those staying in Ammoudia the obvious choice remains

[magdadh, 04/07/2011] Panorama figures as a one or two star hotel or possibly even just “rooms to rent on various websites. We found it with excellent customer ratings and good-looking prices (40 euro for a triple room in July) and thus decided to spend a few days of the Greek part of our mega-European tour there.
The hotel is located in a small resort village on a Ionian sea coast, equidistant (at around 30 miles) from Iguomenitsa and Perveza.
