[charlie755, 17/05/2011] Villa Lara has been for us a good choise in Amalfi, after a busy week in Rome, hanging around all the day, finally we arrived in this lovely, just outside the main noisy square , where all the tourists hang around in mass. We had a lovely quite room under the roof, Rubino I still remember the name, where we could sleep till late. The staff very kind and handsome waited for us every morning for breakfast. Really a suitable place, clean and not fa at all from the beach.
[Salz72, 06/05/2011] We came to Amalfi from Capri by ferry, very nice landscape, lovely coast and we stopped in Villa Lara for few days under te advices of our friends in Austria. We had lovely time, nice chat on terrace with a bottle wine and always welcomed and wowed by Nello or Alessandro. We could not expect better, clean rooms , polite and handsome staff. To go back again.

che posto spettacolare , poi non potevamo che scegliere
Villa Lara come nostro albergo , posizione defilata dal centro
ma nel centro storico, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare
e dai mezzi pubblici. Camere pulitissime, accoglienza accurata
e molta disponibilità nel consigliarci e guidarci durante il soggiorno.
Da raccomandare senza ombra di dubbio
Qualità prezzo ottimo.

You, Pietro e Ale treated us with genuine kindness and friendship, thank you. Amalfi will always be a special place us. I will recommend Amalfi, and especially Villa Lara to anyone looking for the perfect vacation. If it wasn't for you and Ale, we might have missed out on our two favorite nights of dining: one was at Tavern Del Duca, and the other was at the place that your friends own, I can't remember the name but I am sure that Melissa will; we especially liked thei

[Raks76, 20/04/2010] My wife and I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Amalfi and
it was by far the best experience we had during our honeymoon. Your
hospitality made it for us and we'll always remember our stay. We had
a nightmare at Sardinia. The resport we were staying at was awful and
we spent most of our stary wishing we were back at Villa Lara!

Amazing the long walk to Pontone 1000 steps to keep fit.
We will be back next year, for sure, maybe the same weekend.
