The area offers sightseeing attractions within a short drive, like the amazing El Chorro Gorge and the beautiful Ardales Lakes. Within a 40-minute drive through the magnificent A343 road to Antequera guests will reach the wonderful El Torcal. Guests can also visit several charming villages including Ardales, Casarabonela, Carratraca, and Fuente de Piedra lagoon( large flamingo colony). Nearby there are many fine golf courses and the hotel can arrange transfer. The hotel organizes guided walks, cycling tours and safe horse riding in groups through the breathtaking countryside of Andalucia. The more energetic guests will have an opportunity of swimming and canoeing in mountain lakes. The local areas such as El Torcal, El Chorro & Fuente de Piedra provide some of the best bird watching sites in Spain. Also in the hotels gardens guests can observe numerous species of birds.
