The traditional Bavarian dishes are the best and highly recommended also in season they serve the famous Salvator beer a Strongbeer only available in certain times of the year and with a wonderful honey tast, full and rich. The rooms in the upper floor are small and have sloping roofs. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition. This hotel is located approximately 4 kilometres outside of Fussen, in the small village of Hopfen. The hotel, although opened in the 1970s, has been built on the shores of the lake in a mountain chalet style. A small road runs past it at the front, but otherwise the hotel is directly on the waterfront.
