The land is situated in the outskirts of the village, is quite isolated and has an easy access, enabling us to have a stroll down to the village. In the rural houses the heating and fireplace will be the perfect solution and you will be able to put on your short sleeves even in the coldest of winters of the Alcaraz Mountains and if it is SUMMER, the thick walls and air conditioning provide a natural temperature that will free us from those hot sticky days, allowing us to sleep even with a blanket.The homes are totally independent from each other even though they are in one large house, each having its own entrance, kitchen, lounges, bathroom, with a hydrotherapy shower, and bedrooms. There is also the advantage that, given their distribution, and ONLY IF THE SAME GROUP OF PEOPLE NEED MORE THAN ONE, THEY ARE PRACTICALLY CONNECTED.
