  • Room was very dated with cracked tiles in bathroom. The bath had been painted so the paint was peeling off. kitchen had cracked tiles around the sink.

  • Reception:- Staff rude and unfriendly no help with anything apart from one girl julieanne.

    Restaurant: Staff very unhelpfull I was aii inclusive and cleaned dirty plates of the table I wanted to sit on I waited at least 20 minutes to be asked if I would like a drink. I would collect my food and then hunt for cutlery. Told by one waiter when I complained "not my problem".

    STAIRS: everwhere so totally unsuitable for people with young children and PUSHCHAIRS! 86 stairs from main pool to reception, from block b 49 stairs to restaurant, 60 to kids pool.

    Bar: 1 maybe 2 staff on be prepared to wait.

    Childcare: I would never leave my children on their own so I left my mum to watch them while the slept to find us a drink ie diet coke, when i asked reception if I could take 2 diet cokes to my room as my children where asleep she told me it was not hotel rules! hotel shop was closed so I could not buy a bottle.

    I did ask to be moved from the hotel as it was not suitable for me and my mum and a 1 and 3 year old but the tour operator wanted another £500 so i had to stick it out.

  • Service: what service!!! I got a sorry and a plaster when my 3 year old cut her hand on a rough edge on a drinks counter.

    Food: What you ate 1 night you would have the left overs the next lunchtime. Food was really poor.

    Ice creams: a small pot ie yogurt pot of ice cream but you could buy more.
