Wishing to make a reservation at villa Bellevue with booking .com we noted that there were 2 / 3 disparitory reviews.And noticed that the same person had made reviews- One with booking com. and another with another review site . 'But reading all the other encouraging , good reviews we decided to stay at Villa Bellevue . [baloo, 10/04/2010] we heard about excelent vacation at Nymphes from friends and decided to reserve our vacation there. the place is on top of the hill with amazing sights , breeze on the hot days.
the room is very cofortable and clean. great pool. relaxing and quiet.
Pepy, the owner, was so friendly and helped us getting the best of our days touring Crete. we plan our yearly vacation at the Nymphes again.

It was definatly a right decision ,as we always try to avoid the busy, noisy beach hotels and over commercialised resorts . The staff at Villabellevue were very friendly and showed us to our accomodation [It 's worth mentioning that we arrived very late ]which was very good , clean and suitably lightly furnished for a warm climate .They were always on hand ready to assist us if we wanted any advice . It was ideal ,as it was situated just 250 m. from main highway leading both to the west and the east . 1500 m. from the tourist resort of Aghia pelagia and a few minutes walk from the beautiful bay and beach of Ligaria We stayed in villabellevue for 10 wonderful days in April and found every thing satisfactory and the owners both friendly and extremely helpful in every way .The rooms are furnished in good simple Cretan style ,were very clean and maintained well .We also had a delicious meal in the taverna and the following morning a good breakfast . The hotel,the small beach of ligaria,the local people,everything was perfect.
We are planning a another visit to Crete this year and of course we will stay at villa bellevue.
