Beautiful hotel with excellent views. It is built into a hillside so not all one level and you do need to walk up and down steps to get around but does this really matter? The food is excellent all cooked fresh and there is always plenty of choice both for breakfast and evening meals. You do not go to Skiathos (or anywhere) to eat fish & chips, if you want to do this go to Blackpool & dont rubbish a hotel or food because you are fussy!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager will go that extra mile if feasible to make your stay complete. She mingles with guests and eats in the restaurant which is always good promotion.
Wifi is available for which there is a cost but not if you use your own equipment i.e. laptop, mobile phone.
The island is perfect, not too big and the beaches are excellent. All are easily accessible via the brilliant local bus service (runs every 15 mins & costs 1.60 euros unless you travel from end of the island to the other which is just 2 euros). Sunloungers & parasols cost 8 euros for 2 for the day.
Bus service also good for doing your own exploring rather than going on excursions however if you want to see ALL of the island you'll need to hire a car.
Will definitely be going back to Skiathos and the Atrium Hotel.
