[carmenmaganda, 14/08/2009] I was born in this town and now I have a toddler who loves to jump in the water. So, if you are traveling with young kids, you should know there are two nice beaches kids and family friendly in Acapulco: Playa Hornos and Playa Honda. Both have almost no weaves and very soft sand. Of course, regarding water, you should still be aware all the time.
The hotel Avalon Excalibur is very close to Playa Hornos. Then, you also have the Papagayo Parc in the other side of the street in front to the beach.
